We are committed to making your shopping experience a good one, whether you shop in person at our location or online. 

Return Policy for our Store with a Door

Please note - our in store purchases cannot be refunded. We can only refund online purchases at this time. 

All regularly priced merchandise purchased at the boutique in person can be returned within 14 days for exchange or store credit. Your item must still have all tags intact and not have been worn, washed or dry cleaned.  We are happy to provide you with an immediate exchange for your purchase or a store credit for a later date if you are unable to find anything suitable at the time of your return. We do not offer refunds for in-store purchases at this time. 

ALL sale merchandise is a FINAL SALE. All intimate apparel, including earrings, are FINAL SALE.

Return Policy for Online Purchases

We are committed to making your online shopping experience a good one! 

Return your item in person

We hope you love your purchase. If not, let us know! Full refunds are available for your item by visiting our store within 14 days of receiving your item.  Make sure all the tags are still on your item and that it hasn't been worn or washed. Please return your item with the packing slip you received in your delivery and we'll provide your refund via the same payment method you used to purchase the item using our PayPal channel.

Return your item via mail or delivery service (TO ADDRESS BELOW ONLY!)

It's best to call or email us first with your intention to return your item so we can help make the process as smooth as possible for you!

If you don't live near a Jupe store, you can choose to return your item by mail or delivery service for a full refund or an online store credit. We'll even cover your shipping or postage costs as long as you use standard delivery through Canada Post in Canada and UPS in the United States. Be sure to pop the receipt for shipping/postage into the package you're returning to us and we'll add the cost to your refund or online credit! We will inspect your item before providing refund or online store credit. If your item is deemed non-returnable, you will be contacted and will need to make your own shipping arrangements to have the item returned to you at your own cost.

Items are eligible for return if:

  • They are un-worn, un-washed, un-altered and have the original tags still attached
  • Items are shipped back and received within 20 days from the day you received your package

If your return does not meet the above criteria, do NOT attempt to return it, as it will be rejected by our returns department.

If you receive incorrect merchandise or merchandise you believe to be defective, please contact us immediately by calling 1-905-689-9534 and speaking with a Jupe sales associate. All claims must be made within 7 days of purchase date and we'll rectify the situation as quickly as possible.

You may choose any carrier to return your item and if you provide us with the receipt for shipping, we will reimburse the cost along with the refund of your item minus a $3 handling fee.  You may use any carrier of your choice to return the item, but we recommend you choose the cheapest option possible that provides a tracking number.  Contact us with the tracking number of your return at info@shopjupe.com.

Shipping back from outside Canada? We suggest that you send items back using UPS or FedEx along with a tracking number you can provide us. We are not responsible for items that are lost while in-transit to us. Contact us with the tracking number of your return at info@shopjupe.com.

Once we receive your items they will be processed within 3-5 business days at which time you will be issued an online store credit or refund for the price of the item and any applicable taxes. Details of your online store credit will be emailed to you.

Please note: Once an order has been placed, the order cannot be canceled and items cannot be removed from the order.
