Having it shipped? No worries, enjoy a free exchange for the right size of your item by launching your return in our Return Portal and letting us know in the comment box what size you'd like to exchange for.
Shopping an Online Exclusive? Our items ship directly from the manufacturer and take between 10 and 15 business days to be delivered to Jupe.
You can pick up your item in store and enjoy immediate size swaps if your item doesn't fit. Don't love it? We'll refund it right away.
Need it shipped instead? No problem, we'll ship it directly to you once we receive it and you can also enjoy free refunds or size exchanges if you're not happy. Our standard shipping charge for orders under and over $99 and usual exchange and refund rules apply.
Choose "pick up in store" when you check out and we'll have your order ready immediately for pickup during our regular business hours. Want it shipped? Orders $99 and up before applicable tax ship free. We use Canada Post Standard Shipping with tracking. Need it faster? You can choose expedited options during checkout for an additional cost. We offer flat fee shipping Canada wide for orders under $99 for $7.95 and $15 dollars for our US customers.
We're bummed when things don't work out for you, so we'll make it right. Full refunds for any online purchase are available up to 30 days from the delivery date of your order. Live near a Jupe store? Return your item in person. Need to ship it back? Just launch your return using our Return Portal. We'll provide you with a pre-paid Canada Post label for your order purchased originally for $99 and up and we'll refund your order once we receive it. We do not refund expedited shipping charges or flat fee shipping charged on purchases below the free shipping threshold.
